Wrapping The Tree In Lights

It’s that time of year when the residents of Rivermoore Park are wrapping the trees in their front yards with Christmas lights…not sure when this tradition got started but it’s pretty neat when you drive through the neighborhood at night and all the trees lining the street are lit up. However… I find it somewhat hazardous to run circles around the tree wrapping the lights and it never fails that I get the string of lights stuck in the ladder or tangled up in my feet. So one year I decided to try rope lights…not good…the following year I tried net lights…even worse. The only way to go and make your tree look spectacular is single string lights. For my tree about 160 feet or so and yes I get tangled up and dizzy but  its worth it and it’s all for the kids…right?
