The Things We Do For Love

Today Cuz Brian posted “Things We Do For Love” on Facebook with an image of Brian all dressed up in suit and tie which I am certain he was directed to do by his lovely better half for some special event. Anyway it got me to thinking of all the times I wanted to do something…planned an outing only to get hijacked by some unforeseen happening that I forgot about or just popped up. I am sure you dear reader, have experienced similar situations. But in my case the Harley and the open road will always be there beckoning for a high octane fuel burn across the horizon and the backpacking trails in the deep wild are going no where in the foreseeable future. But the kids are growing and move on to other activities so these really are a one time deal not to be missed out on. Even the little odd jobs around the house that seem take up all of my time really are just a passing phase…Cuz Brian is right about “The Things We Do For Love!” Bobj
